    You may cancel your order without receiving the logistics code for your package, provided that you do so within 2 hours of receiving the shipping notification email.

    Refund Process:

    Once your cancellation request is received and approved by our team, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.

    Exceptions:

    Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.
    Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation.
