How to Measure Your Blood Pressure
Step 1:
Wear and adjust the cuff
Loosen the body, adjust the cuff, tie the cuff 1 to 2cm above the elbow jiont, roll the cuff firmly enough to insert two fingers, palm up.
Step 2:
Start automatic measurement
Press the start button to start automatic measurement. Stay relax and do not remove during the measurement. Palms and chest should be the same level.
Step 3:
Check your readings
When the automatic measurement is finished, the readings should be seen on the machine. And the saved reading will be displayed automatically on the moblie app.

The Checkme blood pressure monitor is a very good quality apparatus. I have previously owned a similar blood monitor and it also did great work for me. I like the features contained in this product and I recommend it to anyone who wishes to get rid of the old style blood pressure monitors. You no longer need a log book and I have compared my measurements with my conventional device, and the readings are exactly the same. If you have a tendency to forget to monitor your blood pressure, you can keep this device in a location such as your living room where you can easily reach it and check your pressure on a regular basis without the hassle of the old fashion monitors.
