The device seems to be defective. It gave me irregular ECG readings ever since I received this device. In the beginning, I didn’t realize that there’s a problem with the device, but then I compared the results with other devices recently and I had normal ECG. This would show irregular ECG even when I just received it and it still shows irregular ECG, so it’s either inaccurate or a defective piece. I have reached out to the company directly and they said they would give me discount on a new one, but I thought they would send me a new one at no cost as this device was like this even when I just received it. I have shared screenshots of the irregular ECG readings from Feb 2024, the time I just received this device, but they still didn’t offer an exchange, which I find very unethical.
