When charging, press and hold the “Start” button for ten seconds then release for the display to go off and come on again. 

The time on the device will be synced automatically a minute or two after connected to APP “ViHealth” on cellphone. 

If the BP2A has records from several persons, when it is connected to a phone on app ViHealth. It will load all the newly recorded data to app without distinguishing which records belong to which users.

If you want to keep only records of you on your app ViHealth, you may need to manually delete the records that are not your records. 

On the BP/ECG page, tap a certain report that you want to add a name. After tapping, it will enter the report detail page, here you can tap “Name or ID” to add a name to this report. Then this report will be categorized under the name you set. 

Normally it will auto power off after two minute of being idle, bluetooth connection keeps the device busy and ready for communication. Please cut off the bluetooth connection with the device, so it will auto power off after 2mins. You can switch off and back on the cellphone bluetooth, or close the app in the background to cut the bluetooth connection with BP2A.

Notice: DO NOT pair it in the bluetooth settings of the cellphone.

First, make sure your cellphone’s bluetooth is on,

1) Please power on the Checkme device, for BP2A , please power on it by pressing the start button, so the device can be discovered by app ViHealth.

2) Please open app ViHealth. For running the app for the first time, it directs to a page “Add your device”, will show icon of the device found near the phone. Tap the device icon to proceed, the app will instruct to press both buttons of BP2A to connect.

In other cases, it either goes to the page of “Choose your device” where you need to tap the icon of your device to enter.

Or goes back to the last page where you left the app previously, the app will find the corresponding nearby device to create the bluetooth connection automatically

Please kindly check if it is possibly this case currently the app dose not support wifi name and wifi password that are longer than 19 digits.

Could you try a wifi/ or hotspot with shorter wifi password.
